The vast penetration of technology means that we are globally connected now more than ever. There is always a need to be on par with the rest of the world and this is achievable in a technology-literate and peaceful country like Malaysia. Being a part of UiTM too, allows CMIWS to expand and grow to better serve and cater to the needs of the ever-connected fields of information and media warfare studies.

At CMIWS, we value the multiple disciplines of critical and analytical thinking in fostering academic excellence. Moreover, we find it crucial to equip our students with the necessary knowledge and awareness in the fields of public diplomacy, intelligence and security. Essentially, we believe that the right formula in securing the most desired career path is in the effective deliverance of academic courses by experienced scholars and practitioners, which the centre has been doing for a more than a decade now.
